Trilogy Secured Services has been growing rapidly during 8(a) Business Development (BD) program. In 2018, Trilogy was awarded a $2.4M 8(a) sole source contract to provide the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) with Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) services for the Office of Physical Security. In January 2021, Trilogy received recognition as the winner of a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Small Business Award for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019. The DHS Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) established the Annual Small Business and Small Business Advocate Awards Program to recognize small businesses, small business advocates, and a mentor-protégé team that have shown outstanding performance in advancing the Department’s mission.
In June 2021, Trilogy was awarded one of 426 multiple award 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III. 8(a) STARS III is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (MA/IDIQ) GWAC set aside exclusively for SBA certified 8(a) IT firms. 8(a) STARS III provides Federal agencies with customized IT services and IT services-based solutions, both commercial and non-commercial, as defined in the Clinger-Cohen Act and FAR 2.101.
